We are getting bids now on the back staircases for cleaning, repair and staining.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM as I have been informed that they are not in good shape with the slimy stuff and other issues.

When Mickey and I walked the property a few weeks ago, we took notes and now we have to act.
Let this be our warning to all, to keep you safe, to please not use your staircases for now.
We do not want any accidents.
