Welcome to the Lakes of Woodhaven Condo Association
I have lived in Lakes of Woodhaven for about 28 years now, with my husband. I have been the President of the Board of Directors for 7 years in 2026. Our Board includes Joanne Ferlazzo and Chantal Raynard. Our Property Management Company is Palm Beach Property Management, located in Delray. We walk the property a couple times a month and welcome new owners. Our little community is a family-oriented one. We have a Tennis Court / Clubhouse / Pool and Jacuzzi / Covered patio tables and lots of nature to look at. We are located off of Palmetto Park & Toledo Roads. Close to Synagogues and a Catholic Church and the YMCA (walking distance).
Our little Community is family and pet friendly.
